WINNING POST BAR – TOWNSVILLE CUP DAY

The Townsville Turf Club Committee has again made the decision to restrict access to the Winning Post Bar on Townsville Cup Day 2010, this popular bar area will now be closed off to general public access and restricted to Members, Owners and Licensees only. This decision was made on the back of an increasingly popular Members Area on this day, as well as providing all industry participants with their own restricted area, to make our busiest day of the year more comfortable and enjoyable for those that support us on a regular basis. Security will be strictly manning entry to this area and the only way in will be by showing any of the following: TTC Members Card/Badge, ANZ Queensland Owners Card or approved Queensland Racing Industry identification i.e. Trainer or Stable hand I.D. “NO ID NO ENTRY”

Further updates will be provided as Townsville Cup Day draws closer but it is paramount that people are made aware of the obligation to have approved identification to gain access to this exclusive area. The only approved day that the Winning Post Bar area will be closed of to the general public is Townsville Cup Day 2010.  We thank you for your ongoing support and we hope that this decision will again be well received by the industry.

TTC TRAINING RULES & REGULATIONS

A new revised copy will be distributed out to all trainers who use the facility by early August 2010. Any genuine feedback or comments to assist in this review will be welcomed in writing and should be addressed to the CEO and delivered to the Administration office.
