Planning underway for a 2010 Winter Racing Carnival not to be missed!
The 2010 Townsville WRC plans are already underway to ensure a successful racing carnival that builds upon the successes of 2009. The dates of the race days are still to be confirmed by Queensland Racing but it is expected that the 2010 Ladies Race Day will be on Saturday 17th July followed by the Jupiter's Townsville Cup Race Day on Saturday 24th July. Last year the WRC attracted over 15,000 people who enjoyed huge days of racing, fashions and fun. The marquees were alive but so too were the general admission areas with scores of people enjoyng themselves and the races.
