Michels Catering and Events are behind the new cafe and bistro-style options available on race days and weekends at Cluden Park, with three new menus for lunch, dinner and race days to choose from.
This exciting new venture by the Townsville Turf Club aligns with their mission to provide a unique, exciting and memorable experience for patrons and racegoers.
The Michels core team has been creating successful events together for over six years in North Queensland with a strong focus on customer experience, product quality and product diversity.
The Race Day menu welcomes new inclusions such as loaded nachos, club sandwich and pulled pork burgers. There are also options on the lighter side, including gourmet salads and cheese platters.
The Friday and Saturday dinner menu welcomes crowd favourite and main menu stalwart, the chicken parmigiana. Other hero dishes include pasta of the day, 300g rump and crumbed fish.
Trivia night participants who attend the monthly quiz experience can also treat themselves to finger-friendly and shareable food with the new trivia night menu.
Michels Catering and Events is a fully licensed catering company operating from a council approved commercial kitchen, holding all the necessary licensing and council certification to cater and cook off-site. In compliance with Townsville City Council regulations, Michels Catering and Events also maintains a certified food safety program.
